Today we’re putting the spotlight on Loco, nestled in the rolling red-clay hills of Puglia’s Itria Valley — the vision of winemaker Vittorio Pugliese. Once dreaming of opening a wine bar in Bari, Vittorio instead turned to rescuing abandoned vineyards in 2020 and embraced natural winemaking with minimal intervention on indigenous grapes

At 300 m altitude, on clay-rich soils kissed by sea breezes, he crafts light, mineral wines from forgotten varieties — think Maresco, Verdeca, Minutolo, and Nero di Troia — with gentle extraction and spontaneous fermentation methods

These bottles aren’t just wine — they’re Loco’s unique energy: pure, expressive, and approachable.

In addition to our current kombucha offering, we’re now pouring the delicious brews from Brussels-based Rish Lab — raw, unfiltered, and full of life. 🌱

Made with organic Sencha green tea and real fermentation magic, Rish kombuchas bring serious flavor:

Ginger – zesty and warming, for that perfect kick
Basil Smash – herbal, aromatic and ultra-fresh
Hibiscus – bright, floral and tangy with just the right acidity
Zero alcohol, maximum personality. Come sip something different! 🍷(but not wine this time)

Cellar list drop 🍷 – From the volcanic soils of Lazio, Cantina Ortaccio brings us wines that are both soulful and expressive.
Their natural wines are crafted with minimal intervention, reflecting the true character of their terroir.

Bianco Dritto : 100% Procanico, skin contact. Golden, textural, slightly salty with a twist of citrus and spice.
Cabaleo: A juicy, vibrant red that sits somewhere between a glou and a punch. Think cherry, herbs, and a touch of wildness.
Vecchi Filari : Old vines, old school. Sangiovese, Greco Nero & friends. Dark fruit, earth, structure — a real southern red.
